We appreciate team players, ambition, a willingness to learn and employees that take pride in their work. Possessing a California driver’s license is desired but not required. All employees must be able to lift 50 lbs. and will complete a physical exam upon hiring.
What We Offer

We offer tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 per calendar year for approved job-related educational expenses. These include post-graduate studies, certification programs, industry conferences, community college courses and more. We also offer on-site educational programs hosted by industry-recognized providers. For example, Irrigator Tech Training School travels to our branches to provide our crew members the training to become Certified Irrigation Repair Technicians.
